Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Each kit is checked before shipping to make sure it is complete and undamaged.

Delivery Times

• Domestic: 2-5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, sales or due to customs handling.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Customs & Import Duties

For international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We take responsibility until the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
