When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

How long is delivery?
Domestic 2-5 business days, Europe 5-10, rest of the world 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. Any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us before it ships at info@pufino.net and we'll help. Once shipped, changes aren't possible.

Products

Are the products safe for children?
Yes. All our kits use anti-allergenic, premium-quality materials and safe plastic needles that are not sharp.

What age are they for?
The recommended age range is shown in each product description (generally the sewing kit from age 5-6 and the punch needle kit from age 8).

Will the colours match the photos?
You receive the product shown, though colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely encrypted.

Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown in your region's currency where available.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unused and undamaged. See our Return Policy.
